Project Coordinator - BIM & 4D Simulation ExpertWe are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to manage large, multi-disciplinary projects across teams.The ideal candidate will combine technical mastery with team leadership and client-facing confidence.BIM Model Management: Coordinate high-quality 3D BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.Simulation Expertise: Create detailed 4D simulations in Synchro and/or Fuzor, aligned with real construction schedules.Clash Detection: Perform clash detection and oversee resolution for smooth project execution.Scheduling Integration: Integrate project schedules in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera, linked to BIM data.Data Visualization: Develop dynamic dashboards using Power BI to present project insights and KPIs.Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor BIM teams; allocate tasks to deliver quality outputs on time.Project Workflow: Coordinate project workflows, document control, and deliverables through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.Client Communication: Serve as the key point of contact for clients and consultants, ensuring clarity and alignment.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture With PG Diploma from NICMAR,4+ years of experience in BIM and 4D simulation.Strong expertise in Revit, Synchro, Navisworks, and ACC / BIM 360.Solid understanding of clash detection, construction sequencing, and multi-disciplinary coordination.Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera for project scheduling.Experience creating interactive dashboards in Power BI.Excellent English communication skills and confidence in client-facing roles.
