Examination Coordination SpecialistAbout the RoleThis position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of all examination-related activities. Reporting to the Controller of Examinations, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the entire examination process.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Deans, Heads of Departments, and faculty members to facilitate smooth examination conduct.Supervise examination centers, invigilation duties, and staff deployment to guarantee timely completion.Monitor examination processes to prevent malpractice and ensure fairness.Assist in scheduling and implementing internal and external examinations.Result Processing & EvaluationSupervise answer script collection, evaluation, moderation, and result compilation.Oversee result tabulation, verification, and timely publication of results.Coordinate revaluation, recounting, and grievance redressal processes related to examinations.Technology & Data ManagementMaintain examination databases and ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and security.Support digitization of examination processes through automation systems.Required Skills and QualificationsEducational Background: A Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Management, Engineering, or Education.Experience: At least 15-25 years of experience in university/college examination systems, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Examination ERP, MS Excel, MIS reporting, and document digitization.Knowledge: Strong understanding of UGC, AICTE, and university examination norms.Leadership & Team ManagementSupervise examination cell staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.Train and guide staff on examination procedures, confidentiality, and technology usage.
