WELS is now looking for a BIM Engineer specializing in ElectricalWe now seek a BIM Engineer to work on various projects in the Industry, Municipal, Pharma, Residential and Data Centre Sectors. The role is perfect for those with at least one to two years of relevant engineering experience and are interested in working in a dynamic, project-driven environment. Candidates with additional experiance are also encouraged to apply.Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Accurate BIM MEP modellingDeveloping precise 2D drawings from the BIM modelCreating Revit familiesConducting coordination and clash assessments, and reporting on project progressionLiaising with design teams, clients, architects, surveyors, engineersAssisting engineers and senior managers with drawings and blueprintsManaging involvement in multiple projects simultaneouslyCalculations and designingOur ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a high level of energy. They must be capable of working independently as well as in team environments. This position demands an individual with a strong detail-oriented work style, excellent English oral and written communication skills, and an accommodating and proactive attitude.Additional qualifications required include:A bachelor's degree in Building Information Modelling (BIM), Electrical or a related discipline1–2 years of experience in a similar role on large-scale complex MEP projects.
