Role - BIM Electrical Design Engineer Location - 5th floor Block C4 Wing B ELM Building Embassy Maanyata Business Park Outer Ring Road Nagavara Bangalore Karnataka 5660045 Nature of Company - Architecture and Engineering Consultants Role Function Is responsible for developing and managing accurate BIM models for electrical systems including lighting power distribution and related components Salary Ranges 60 000 - 80 000 INR About Us We are a company established in 1972 with a team of Architects and Engineers pursuing a clear vision of delivering projects that meet both the needs of clients and fulfill the very essence of design sustainability Having completed over 800 varied projects across all industries and across all emirates of the UAE we are one of the few design offices who understand dynamics of project development in the region Our team has handled projects such as high-rise towers infrastructure planning mixed used facilities Industrial logistics luxury homes etc Key Responsibilities Developing BIM models for complete electrical services Developing families for electrical fixtures and devices Modelling Power lighting layout as per design documents Coordinate with Architects and Structural Engineers to ensure compliance with projects Preparing on-site shop drawings and bill of quantities Preparation of drawings in Revit Preparing details of electrical design and load schedule Requirements to Apply Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline Minimum 2-4 years of experience in electrical design and BIM modeling within the AEC industry Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and electrical design tools Knowledge of electrical load calculations standards and best practices for power and lighting systems Experience in creating Revit families for electrical devices and fixtures Familiarity with local authority standards and coordination protocols Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams
