KPMG Global Services (KGS) is currently seeking an Instructional Designer for the KPMG Business School Tax practice, which caters to the learning needs of KPMG US Tax professionals. The focus of the team is to create innovative digital learning assets for internal KPMG Tax clients.The individual will create best in class instructional material and design and develop engaging learning course content to support the KPMG US tax learning requirements. The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and frequent interactions with on-site engagement teams and clients.The individual will need knowledge and skills in Instructional Design, Learning Content Development, and the related technologies.As an Instructional Designer, the individual will support the delivery of learning projects addressing specific business needs. This includes liaising with Subject Matter Experts to gain an understanding of the subject, development of ID assets, and support for the development of end user learning materials.
