Track Damage ExpertWe are seeking an experienced Track Damage Expert to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure development project, you will be responsible for identifying and defining common railway track damage types, creating standardized operating procedures (SOPs), and collaborating with our technical team to develop a platform that generates synthetic images representing different types of railway track damage.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of track components, safety procedures, and damage patterns, as well as excellent documentation, analytical, and collaboration skills. A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical preferred) and at least 5 years of experience in railway track inspection, maintenance, safety, or engineering are required.About the Role:Identify and define common railway track damage types.Create SOPs and structured documentation for inspection standards.Review and validate outputs generated by AI models.Work with engineering teams to improve dataset and model quality.Ensure alignment with railway safety and compliance guidelines.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical preferred).At least 5 years of experience in railway track inspection, maintenance, safety, or engineering.Strong understanding of track components, safety procedures, and damage patterns.Excellent documentation, analytical, and collaboration skills.Benefits:Flexible schedule: 4–5 hours/day.Competitive pay rate based on experience.We Offer:A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.
