Prometheus Consulting Services. | Retail Store Trainer | bangalore

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities:
● Train retail teams through various methods (classroom, on-the-job, online) in areas such as product knowledge, technical skills (SOPs & system usage), and service assessments.
● Develop training materials such as PowerPoint presentations, handouts, and trainers' guides to support retail team education.
● Coordinate with the Regional Training team to assess training needs, set priorities, and ensure smooth execution of training events.
● Monitor business and training KPIs to identify learning solutions that improve sales performance, retention, and application.
● Conduct training audits to ensure service, grooming, and quality standards are upheld, providing regular feedback and coaching.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Previous experience in training roles or positions where training and developing others was a core responsibility.
● Strong interest in expanding and enhancing learning and development capabilities. ● Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with outstanding presentation abilities.
● Customer-focused, solution-oriented attitude with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
● Self-starter with a proactive problem-solving approach to address challenges effectively. ● Ability to analyze, compile, and present information for reports, special projects, and surveys.
● Experience working with business stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
● Strong retail business orientation, with a deep understanding of the industry.
● Experience in digital learning and e-learning tools.
● Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
● Proficiency in technical tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Learning Management Systems).
● Experience in eCommerce or client-facing roles in a retail environment is desirable.
