Role: Visual Merchandiser-Apparel/Fashion
Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience is required for the role.

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities:
● Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that guide customers through the store and enhance their shopping experience.
● Set up window displays, signage, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotional displays to highlight key products and campaigns.
● Identify key messages and ensure a clear and compelling visual representation of the desired end result.
● Align displays with the company’s culture, products, brand image, and target marketto maintain consistency and relevance.
● Update displays regularly to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
● Travel across India to work hands-on in stores, providing training and guidance to the local teams on visual merchandising.
● Ensure all displays adhere to Global Guidelines to maintain uniformity across all locations.
● Strategize the visual layout and display of new product drops, ensuring they align with the provided layouts, guidelines, and received merchandise.
Qualifications and Skills:
● 6-8 years of relevant experience is required for the role.
● Confident in presenting and communicating concepts in business meetings and to supervisors.
● Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
● Thrives in a fast-paced and creative environment, adapting to changing priorities.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaboration and relationship-building.
