Candidate is required to work from TRV with strong people management skills, leading teams of Manual QAs located in India and US, and excellent JIRA knowledge for bug tracking and reporting. The role also involves providing leadership in quality management activities, identifying areas for process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues. Collaborating with QAs teams / Product Owners and Developers for triaging and decision making skills based on the available info. Positive thinking and can do attitude. QualificationsStrong background in Quality Control and Quality AssuranceStong people management skills Proficiency in Quality Management and conducting Quality AuditingKnowledge and experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to effectively lead and manage a teamExcellent communication skills for collaboration with multiple teamsRelevant certifications in Quality Assurance or Quality Management are a plus
