Role Description This is a TRV, India on-site role for multiple QA Sr. Lead positions, located in Trivandrum. Candidate is required to work from TRV with strong people management skills, leading teams of Manual QAs located in India and US, and excellent JIRA knowledge for bug tracking and reporting. The role also involves providing leadership in quality management activities, identifying areas for process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues. Collaborating with QAs teams / Product Owners and Developers for triaging and decision making skills based on the available info. Positive thinking and can do attitude. Qualifications - Strong background in Quality Control and Quality Assurance - Stong people management skills - Proficiency in Quality Management and conducting Quality Auditing - Knowledge and experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Ability to effectively lead and manage a team - Excellent communication skills for collaboration with multiple teams - Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance or Quality Management are a plus
