Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CE solution architect to lead the implementation of advanced CRM solutions.The ideal candidate will be responsible for:Designing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE modules to meet business requirementsImplementing custom entities, plugins, workflows, actions, business rules, and form customizations using best practicesDeveloping and enhancing CRM extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web ResourcesBuilding and customizing model-driven apps, forms, views, dashboards, and SLA/KPI configurationsIntegrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, API integration, and custom middlewareTo succeed in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of Solution Architecture, solution layering, and managed vs unmanaged solutions. You should also be familiar with Dataverse schema design & security and have experience integrating D365 with Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, and REST/SOAP APIs.Additionally, the successful candidate should have excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-interaction skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is highly desirable.
