Senior Techno-Functional Consultant RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Techno-Functional Consultant to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics GP and other related modules.Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics GP and other modules as required.Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.Develop and maintain customizations, integrations, and reports using SQL Server, .NET, and Microsoft UI technologies.Support various modules including Financials, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, HR, and CRM.Utilize tools such as Modifier, Dexterity, Integration Manager, eConnect, and SmartList Builder.Perform system upgrades, data migrations, and performance tuning.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users to ensure optimal system usage.Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support.Required Skills & Qualifications:At least 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains).A working knowledge of other Microsoft Dynamics products such as Dynamics NAV, AX, CRM, or Dynamics 365.Strong SQL Server skills – queries, stored procedures, views, and performance optimization.Proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET.Experience with Microsoft technologies like Power BI, SharePoint, and Office 365.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and lead small teams.Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft certifications in Dynamics GP or Dynamics 365.Experience with cloud-based Dynamics 365 Business Central or Finance & Operations.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
