Job Title: AI Creative ProducerWe're looking for a talented individual to join our team as an AI Creative Producer.This role involves conceptualizing, scripting, and producing short-form video ads and static creatives that drive measurable performance.The ideal candidate will have 0–2 years of experience in video editing, ad-film creation, or creative production and be proficient in storytelling for both video and static formats.Responsibilities:Conceptualize, script, and produce short-form video ads and static creatives.Use AI tools like Veo 2, Runway Gen-3, Pika Labs, Kaiber, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Magnific AI, Topaz, Descript, and ChatGPT to turn ideas into cinematic assets.Edit, grade, and finish ad videos optimized for Meta, YouTube, and other performance channels.Continuously experiment with new visual formats, hooks, and creative frameworks to improve CTRs and conversions.Help document best practices and creative playbooks for scaling future campaigns.Requirements:0–2 years of experience in video editing, ad-film creation, or creative production (agency or in-house).Strong advertising and marketing mindset – you understand consumer psychology, hooks, and visual persuasion.Proficiency in storytelling for both video and static formats – pacing, sound, composition, and emotional rhythm.Ai-native – you've played with Gen-AI tools and can combine multiple platforms to bring ideas alive.About Us:We are a leading revenue platform helping India's top brands identify, target, and convert high-intent prospects.
