Outbound Sales Specialist

As the B2C Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and providing outstanding travel experiences to our clients.Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the B2C market segment.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and threats.Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our travel packages and services to effectively communicate benefits to customers.Sales Collateral: Collaborate with marketing to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support sales efforts.Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, outlining performance against targets and market trends.Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance our products and services.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Proven track record of success in B2C sales, preferably in the travel industry.Strong leadership and team management skills (Note: You won't be managing a team in this role, but these skills can still be valuable for leadership within the department).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.Knowledge of outbound travel destinations and packages .Willingness to travel as needed.Note: The job descriptions given above are intended to provide a general overview of the responsibilities and requirements for this position.
