Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified Audiologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. The Audiologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with hearing and balance disorders. You will work closely with patients of all ages to help them achieve optimal hearing health, providing tailored solutions such as hearing aids, rehabilitation therapies, and counseling.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools.
  • Diagnose hearing and balance disorders and provide individualized treatment plans.
  • Fit, program, and maintain hearing aids and other assistive listening devices.
  • Educate patients and families about hearing loss, prevention, and treatment options.
  • Provide counseling and support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and setting realistic goals.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in audiology practices and technologies.
  • Document patient progress, treatments, and follow-up care accurately and in compliance with health regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Audiology (Au.D.).
  • Valid state licensure as an Audiologist.
  • Experience in clinical audiology, with a strong understanding of hearing disorders and treatment.
  • Ability to fit and program hearing aids and assistive devices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
