Role: ServiceNow HRSD Consultant Start: ImmediatePosition: Full-time Utilisation: 5 per week on site (Pune, Hyderabad ,Nagpur, Bangalore, or Mumbai)Location: Onsite (either location) We growing our ServiceNow practice and are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to act as the internal point of contact between the business, technical teams, and implementation partners. The role requires both technical expertise and functional understanding of ServiceNow HRSD to help shape processes, optimise the platform, and ensure successful delivery across multiple regions.You'll work closely with global stakeholders, an external ServiceNow partner, and internal ISD teams.ResponsibilitiesAct as the internal SME for ServiceNow HRSD across multiple countries.Collaborate with implementation partners and internal IT/HRIS teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow HRSD solutionsAdvise on process design, configuration options, and technical functionalitiesTranslate HR operational needs into ServiceNow workflows and automationsIdentify improvement opportunities and ensure the scalability of the HRSD solutionSupport integration of ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)Conduct workshops and stakeholder sessions to align on requirements and capabilitiesProvide guidance on best practices and optimise HR case management, knowledge base, and service catalog designRequirementsProven experience delivering ServiceNow HRSD implementations or enhancements, ideally in large, multinational environmentsStrong understanding of HR processes and how they translate into digital workflowsComfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience working alongside implementation partners and managing integrationsAbility to work independently, take ownership, and proactively solve problemsExcellent communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus)Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a strong advantage (e.g., CIS-HR, System Administrator)
