Location: HYD or Remote Mandatory: Certificates - CSA, additionally one certificate with service now JD: Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Now Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the Service Now platform and be capable of designing and implementing robust solutions that enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: · Solution Design and Implementation: · Architect and design comprehensive Service Now solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HRSD modules. · Lead the implementation of Service Now solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. · Develop detailed technical documentation, including solution architecture, design specifications, and integration plans. · Integration and Customization: · Design and implement integrations between Service Now and third-party systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Azure) using REST and SOAP APIs. · Customize Service Now applications to meet specific business needs, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience. · Develop and manage automated workflows and scripts to streamline IT processes and reduce manual effort. · Project Management and Leadership: · Lead project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of Service Now projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to scope and budget. · Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and administrators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. · Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to promote platform adoption and effective use. · Stakeholder Management: · Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into technical solutions. · Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues or concerns. · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnership. · Continuous Improvement: · Stay current with Service Now product releases, features, and best practices, leveraging new capabilities to enhance solutions. · Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, driving continuous enhancement of service delivery and operational efficiency. · Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Service Now instances, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Qualifications: · Minimum of 8 years of experience in Service Now development, design, and implementation. · Extensive knowledge of Service Now modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, and HRSD. · Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. · Proficient in scripting languages such as Java Script, Glide, and Angular JS. · Experience with REST and SOAP API integration. · Proven track record of successfully leading Service Now projects from inception to completion. · Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. · Service Now Implementation Specialist and Service Now Certified Application Developer
