Position - PMC Role- Civil Site Infra Manager
Experience - 10 to 20 yrs
Domain - Food & Beverage industry / FMCG
Job Location - Indore

Roles & Responsibilities -
Must have 10yrs of experience in supervising the installation of PEB structures in a greenfield site environment.
Managing subcontractors, Coordinating and overseeing the site.
Work experience in Civil works, Project Planning, Monitoring, Coordination, Control and
Execution with Developers & Contractors.
Executing the civil works according to drawings, methodology and program
Put and prioritize safety protocols in place.
Experience in PEB structures, Warehouses, Superstructures, Production building, Utility building etc.
Managing Infra and Architectural works in site.
Must be able to read and interpret Structural Drawings.
supervise and manage civil subcontractors.
work with contractors from other disciplines.
Must be experienced in Safety and quality management of s/s installations.
Good Command over the site.
Conduct on site investigations and analyse data.
Interpretation of Drawing, Bar bending schedule, Supervision of civil work, preparing schedule of materials used and available, preparing work chart schedule.
Capable of reading drawings and schematics.
Maintain day to day record of work progress at site and maintain all documents as required.
