Role- Project Cost Control Engineer - FMCG project

Job Location - Indore
Roles & Responsibilities
Must have 10yrs of experience as Cost Control Lead in largescale construction projects.
Must be experienced in Coordinating different ǪS disciplines during execution, managing relationships with multiple contractors, monitoring Cashflow, leading Change Management, identifying and analyzing risks related to costs, day-to-day cost control on site.
Global experience / experience in Middle East highly desirable
Collaborate with project teams to control expenses effectively, fostering proactive cost management Implement and refine cost control strategies.
Review project budgets to ensure alignment with financial objectives and constraints.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
Investigating unprofitable variances and losses.
Developing cost-efficient solutions to implement changes.
Conduct thorough variance analysis to identify discrepancies between planned and actual costs, providing actionable insights to enable corrective actions.
Support in the improvement of existing and development of new cost reporting, including fully integrated cost dashboards.
Collaborate closely with the project schedule team to ensure seamless integration between project schedules and costs, enhancing overall project performance.
Apply your comprehensive cost control experience to monitor, analyze, and manage project and contract budgets, ensuring adherence to financial parameters and timely identification of deviations.
