Job Title: Revenue Assurance Specialist About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue assurance, accounting, and finance, with a strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and control frameworks.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust control mechanisms to ensure accurate revenue recognition and prevent leakage. They will also work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to map transaction journeys, automate reconciliations, and enhance system-level accuracy.In addition, the candidate will oversee bank COPS, manual bank cost computation, and reconciliation of digital payments, refunds, credits, and gateway charges. They will also build dashboards and visual reports for real-time visibility into revenue recognition, collections, and cost leakages.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement robust control mechanisms for end-to-end revenue flow from booking to realizationMonitor daily inflows/outflows across multiple payment gateways, NBFC/bank partners, and dealer networksIdentify and resolve discrepancies through root cause analysis and data-driven insightsReview and validate vendor/bank agreements, commercials, and credit termsPartner closely with Sales, Product, Tech, and Operations to map transaction journeys and automate reconciliationsOversee bank COPS, manual bank cost computation, and reconciliation of digital payments, refunds, credits, and gateway chargesBuild dashboards and visual reports for real-time visibility into revenue recognition, collections, and cost leakagesRequirements:8-12 years of experience in Revenue Assurance / AR / Reconciliation / Financial ControlsProven expertise in handling large-scale, high-value transaction volumes with multiple stakeholders and systemsDeep understanding of revenue recognition principles, reconciliation workflows, and control frameworksProficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP / Oracle), BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsStrong leadership with the ability to influence cross-functional outcomes Educational Requirements:CA / CA(Inter)What We Offer:We offer a competitive salary package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
