Job Title: Technical Leadership and AdministrationThis hybrid position combines technical leadership and administration for Oracle FCCS and Workday Adaptive Planning. The role ensures system integrity, optimizes consolidation and planning processes, manages integrations with Datawarehouse and ERP's, and drives automation and reporting improvements across both platforms.The responsibilities of this role include configuring Adaptive models, sheets, dimensions, and attributes; managing data agent and integrations with ERP/EDW; designing and maintaining dimensions/levels, modeled & cube sheets, attributes, versions, and assumptions; owning mapping tables, transformations, and reconciliation controls; building advanced formulas (lookup, allocation, driver-based) and maintaining alternate reporting hierarchies; developing and supporting HTML and Office Connect reports and dashboards; managing role-based security, access reviews, governance, and compliance across Adaptive; coordinating with IT/EDW on schema changes, performance, and data lineage; documenting interfaces and SLAs; orchestrating forecast/commit cycles (calendar or fiscal); managing versions, locks, and workflow; driving tie-outs to FCCS and legacy Essbase reports; investigating mapping deltas and timing differences; creating and maintaining playbooks, SOPs, and cutover checklists; leading user enablement and office hours; providing training, documentation, and Tier-2/3 support.The additional responsibilities for FCCS include maintaining FCCS metadata, hierarchies, security roles, and consolidation rules; overseeing close cycles; validating data loads; troubleshooting variances; configuring data management workflows and mappings; developing Smart View reports and supporting statutory reporting; automating tasks using EPM Automate and REST APIs.Qualifications:
