Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Program Engineer at Sandfits Foundries Private Limited and successful candidate will be located in Coimbatore. The Program Engineer will be responsible for
- managing and coordinating ongoing and new projects, monitoring project owners on continuous basis.
- ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and scope.
- will be responsible for communicating with internal stakeholders – Business Development / Production / Quality
- Communication with customers / respond to the queries on time without escalations.
- identifying and managing risks and develop mitigation plans,
- and providing project status updates to the Senior Management team on weekly basis.
- Conducting meetings with cross functional teams ensuring the stake holders are delivering on time.
- Auto / auto component industry background is essential and exposure to foundry will be added advantage
- Knowledge of project management tools like MS-project, Zoho projects
Qualifications
Graduate Engineer with 5 to 7 years’ experience and excellent skill to manage the project and its stake holders including customers

- Project management skills, including experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage project risks
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, procedures, equipment, and quality standards
- PMP certification will be added advantage
