Global Process Lead: Standardize, Simplify, AutomateAs a Global Process Lead, you will play a critical role in standardizing, simplifying, and automating transactional activities across the organization. Your focus will be on driving efficiency and productivity through process improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with global procedures and operating methodologies (GPOM) in the transactional area, refining them on an ongoing basis for continuous improvement.Develop end-to-end procurement to pay (P2P) knowledge with hands-on SAP experience at the transactional level to guide the service provider in improving efficiency in operations.Collaborate with business, finance, and technology stakeholders to identify value-added opportunities and implement effective solutions.Requirements:Qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in P2P, preferably with 3 years of exposure to operational finance.Semi-qualified accountant with a minimum of 8 years of accounting and finance experience, preferably with 3 years of exposure to operational finance.Strong leadership skills, including the ability to operate with senior finance teams and lead remote teams.Non-positional influencing skills to drive change and improve processes.Hands-on expertise in accounting principles and procedures.Internal Accounting Standards knowledge.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in SAP finance modules and advanced MS Excel.English proficiency.Desirable Skills:Strategic thinking to drive innovation and growth.Stakeholder management to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively.Proactiveness to anticipate and address challenges.Communication skills to challenge, persuade, and influence others.Conflict management to resolve disputes and improve team dynamics.Analytical and logical thinking skills to analyze data and make informed decisions.Emotional intelligence to empathize with colleagues and build trust.Growth mindset to continuously learn and develop skills.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic organization and contribute to its success.
