Job OpportunityWe're seeking an accomplished Data Solutions Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, build, and scaling of robust data solutions on Microsoft Azure.This role offers a chance to own modern data pipelines and models that power analytics and reporting across the business. We're looking for someone with advanced expertise in SQL databases, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI.Key responsibilities include:Designing and building efficient data solutions using Azure services.Developing and maintaining complex data pipelines and models.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with business processes.Providing technical guidance and support to stakeholders.In addition to the above, we require:5+ years of professional experience in data engineering or closely related roles.Advanced expertise in SQL databases (e.g., Azure SQL/SQL Server), including query optimization and performance tuning.Hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2) and Azure Data Factory (ADF).Strong experience delivering analytics with Power BI (datasets, data models, DAX, security).Practical Azure DevOps experience (Git, Repos, Pipelines) for CI/CD of data solutions.Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (dimensional modeling, SCD, partitioning) and ETL/ELT design patterns.Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language commonly used in data engineering (e.g., Python or SQL-centric frameworks) for automation and data transformations.Strong ownership, communication, and collaboration skills in distributed teams.The ideal candidate will have:A strong track record of delivering high-quality data solutions.Demonstrated expertise in data engineering tools and technologies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.We offer a competitive compensation package, opportunities for growth and development, and a dynamic work environment.
