The Director - Data Solutions - APAC position is a key leadership role within the organization. This individual will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and leading a high-performing team in the regional Data Solutions Analyst function.Key responsibilities include building and scaling the team, designing and governing unified data models, delivering Power BI enterprise semantic solutions, operating and optimizing the Power BI platform, partnering with Snowflake/Redshift/Informatica teams, and implementing and operating data catalog + lineage platforms.For this position, we are seeking an experienced professional with 8-12+ years in Data Solutions/BI/Analytics/Data Product roles. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI platform administration, hands-on experience with Snowflake/AWS Redshift + Informatica or similar ETL/ELT, deep experience designing semantic layers and unified models for insurance analytics, experience delivering GenAI use cases, proven implementation of data catalog + lineage platforms, strong senior stakeholder and program management across APAC + international collaboration, and preferred qualifications including a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Business Analytics or related, certifications in Power BI, Snowflake, AWS, Informatica, Purview/Collibra/Alation or program management, and willingness to travel across APAC and engage with US/UK time zones.
