About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Odoo development principles and experience implementing Odoo solutions for business processes. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and customizing Odoo applications to meet our specific needs and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand business requirements to identify Odoo implementation opportunities.
- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules and applications to meet specific business needs.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows within the Odoo framework.
- Integrate Odoo with other systems and applications using APIs and web services.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo-related issues.
- Stay updated on the latest Odoo developments and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of Odoo solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Odoo Developer.
- Strong understanding of Odoo development principles, including modules, views, models, and workflows.
- Proficiency in Odoo development tools and technologies (e.g., Python, XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL).
- Experience with API integration and web services.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Odoo ERP implementation projects.
- Familiarity with HR Systems
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Certification in Odoo development.
Technical requirements:
- Windows 11 and above operating system or MacOS 13+
- 256GB Storage space - minimum
- 16GB RAM - minimum
- Dual Core CPU - minimum
- Camera: HD Webcam (720p)
- Headset: Noise cancelling (preferably)
- Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimum
