The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of Hub Spot’s platform across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub. You will be tasked with workflow automation, reporting, data maintenance, and supporting day-to-day requests from various stakeholders. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our Hub Spot system supports the company’s growth and operational efficiency. EXPERIENCE Roles & Responsibilities Hub Spot Workflow Automation: Design, implement, and manage automated workflows that enhance marketing, sales, and service processes. Continuously refine workflows to improve lead nurturing, sales conversions, and customer service responses. Reporting & Dashboard Creation: Build, customize, and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for marketing campaigns, sales performance, customer service, and overall business growth. Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to relevant stakeholders. Data Cleanup & Maintenance: Conduct regular audits to clean, update, and maintain the CRM data for accuracy and completeness. Establish data management processes to ensure the integrity of all records within Hub Spot. Stakeholder Support & Daily Requests: Serve as the primary point of contact for Hub Spot-related inquiries and support requests from stakeholders, addressing issues in a in a timely manner. Assist teams in optimizing Hub Spot’s usage to meet their specific business needs. User Access Management: Manage user access, roles, and permissions, ensuring secure and compliant usage of the Hub Spot platform. Onboard and train new users, while continuously improving access control protocols. Custom Objects Management: Create and manage custom objects in Hub Spot to support unique business requirements, ensuring proper tracking and reporting across departments. Ensure custom objects are configured to align with business goals and processes. Deal Pipeline & Stage Setup: Configure and optimize deal pipelines and stages, ensuring alignment with the company’s sales strategy and objectives. Monitor deal progression and suggest optimizations based on performance data. Process Auditing & Recommendations: Conduct routine audits of Hub Spot workflows, user activity, and data to ensure optimal performance and adherence to best practices. Make recommendations for process improvements based on findings and feedback from teams. Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of workflows, processes, and Hub Spot configurations. Ensure that all platform changes and updates are clearly documented for internal use and training. Hub Spot Certification (Preferred): Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hub Spot features and best practices, with Hub Spot certifications being a plus (e.g., Inbound Marketing, Sales Software, CRM). Expertise in Hub Spot Hubs: Utilize the full capabilities of Hub Spot’s Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub to optimize customer journeys and support business goals. Expectations from you: Basic Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing Hub Spot CRM, including marketing, sales, and service hubs. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Hub Spot workflows, automation, reporting, dashboards, and CRM administration. Experience with custom objects, deal pipeline setup, and data management. Analytical Skills : Ability to create reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, particularly with Hub Spot technical issues. Hub Spot Certifications (Preferred): Any relevant Hub Spot certifications (e.g., Hub Spot Inbound, Sales Software).
