AWS Cloud EngineerJob Overview:As a seasoned AWS DevOps professional, we seek an expert with a strong technical background and exceptional communication skills to lead our cloud-based systems using AWS services.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage large-scale cloud-based systems using AWS services.Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud-based systems.Develop and maintain Terraform scripts for infrastructure provisioning.Configure and manage Kubernetes clusters, including EKS, EKS control panel, and Kubectl CLI commands.Implement monitoring and logging solutions using AWS CloudWatch, Datadog, and Splunk.Integrate and configure Helm, Jenkins, and Vault for CI/CD pipelines.Implement security measures such as RBAC, ACLs, IAM roles, and SSL cert rotation.Technical Requirements:AWS Services: Kubernetes, EKS Cluster, Kubectl CLI commands, EKS Control Panel, Kubernetes API server, ETCD, Scheduler, Controller Manager, EKS Worker nodes and Fargate, Kubelets, Kube Proxy, Container Runtime – Container D, Docker, Writing a Docker image file, Working with Docker containers, Docker registry (Docker hub), Docker volume, Networks, Networking, VPC Subnets and Load balancer, Pod to Pod networking, Ingress, Egress, IAM Role, IAM for EKS cluster nodes, Storage/ Volume, EBS, EFS (PV and PVC), Simple Storage (S3), Container ECR, Security, RBAC (Role based access control), ACLs, AWS KMS, SSL cert rotation/security knowledge, Monitoring and Logging, AWS CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk, Cluster Autoscaler, Traffic Management Rule, Secret Management.AWS Infra: Types of s3 storage classes and its use cases using Terraform scripts.Helm: Configuration and management.Jenkins: Groovy scripting, Gitlab YAML.RDS DB Encryption at rest: AWS RDS instances.Vault: Vault User Audit.Datadog implementation: Prometheus, Grafana decommissioning.SailPoint Integration: Role Management (IDTIQ), Identity AI.Requirements:At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale cloud-based systems using AWS services.Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and technologies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
