We are excited to announce that we are hiring for  Salon Managers positions at our upcoming luxury salon inBhubaneswar, Odisha. Positions Available: 3 Location: Bhubaneswar, OdishaIndustry: Fashion & Beauty


As a Salon Manager, you will lead a team of talented beauty & wellness professionals and be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining high standards in salon management. You will play a key role in making our salon the go-to destination for luxury beauty and wellness services in Bhubaneswar.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Team Management:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of stylists, estheticians, and support staff.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Provide feedback, resolve conflicts, and create a positive and productive team environment.
  • Customer Service & Client Relations:
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement client retention strategies, including personalized services and loyalty programs.
  • Professionally handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring client concerns are resolved swiftly.
  • Operational & Financial Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day salon operations, including budgeting, sales analysis, and inventory management.
  • Control costs and ensure profitability without compromising on service quality.
  • Track performance metrics and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Branding & Marketing Coordination:
  • Work closely with the branding and marketing team to capture content for digital and physical promotions.
  • Collaborate on social media campaigns, seasonal offers, and local advertising initiatives to boost brand awareness.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and an elevated customer experience across all channels.
  • HR & Employee Development:
  • Promote employee relations, staff motivation, and professional growth.
  • Provide continuous training to keep staff updated on the latest trends and techniques.
  • Address any HR-related issues and foster a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
  • Statutory Compliance & Health & Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, health, and safety regulations specific to the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Maintain proper documentation such as contracts, insurance, and statutory records.
  • Adhere to strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards to safeguard both staff and clients.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven Leadership Experience:
  • Previous experience as a salon manager or in a similar leadership role within the beauty industry.
  • Customer-Centric Focus:
  • Exceptional ability to manage client relationships, exceed expectations, and ensure high client retention.
  • Financial & Operational Expertise:
  • Experience in budgeting, financial management, and inventory control within a service-driven environment.
  • Marketing & Brand Collaboration:
  • Ability to coordinate with branding teams to create engaging promotional content and marketing campaigns.
  • Employee Development & Team Management:
  • Strong background in staff management, motivation, and conflict resolution.
  • Statutory Compliance Knowledge:
  • In-depth understanding of labor laws, health and safety regulations, and other legal requirements in the beauty industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills:
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management in a professional manner.
