Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Koffeetech Communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, showcasing their ability to create visually compelling graphics across various mediums, including digital, print, and social media. The Graphic Designer will work closely with our creative team to develop designs that align with client goals and enhance brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and illustrations for digital, print, and social media platforms. This includes designing marketing materials such as brochures, posters, social media posts, web banners, and more.
  • Branding: Develop and maintain brand consistency across all designs. Ensure that all creative output aligns with the client’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, art directors, and other members of the creative team to develop cohesive design concepts and campaigns.
  • Concept Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts that meet client objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
  • Feedback and Iteration: Receive and incorporate feedback from the creative team and clients, revising designs as necessary.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools to create and refine designs.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, and apply them to enhance your work and the agency’s offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Ability to create both digital and print-ready designs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing tools is a plus.
