Job Description:The role of Internal Audit Manager is a strategic position that requires expertise in leading internal audits across various processes.This leader will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally, identifying risk areas, and delivering clear, actionable audit findings to senior leadership.Key Responsibilities:Good understanding of secondary research techniquesExpertise in Internet research methodsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalLead and manage a team of data analysts focused on invoice reconciliation and other data research tasksDevelop and implement strategies for streamlining the invoice reconciliation processLeverage data analysis tools and techniques to identify and investigate data discrepanciesDevelop and implement quality control procedures for invoice reconciliation and other data research processesAnalyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvementPrepare reports and presentations on key activities and findingsTrain and mentor team members on data analysis techniques and invoice reconciliation proceduresRequired Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in internal audit or financial control rolesKey Competencies:Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepanciesExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools such as Power BI and TableauStrong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsCollaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, vendors, and other departments to resolve data issuesAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detail and accuracyOversee team performance and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standardsCompliance with client contracts, internal controls, and external regulations
