Relationship Consultant – Junior, Mid, and Senior LevelsLocation: J.P. Nagar, Bangalore (Work from Office, Monday–Saturday)Company: Art of ShaadiAbout the RoleWe are expanding our Relationship Consulting Team and hiring for three levels — Junior, Mid, and Senior. As a Relationship Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our client experience, building genuine connections, understanding individual preferences, and guiding clients toward finding their ideal match.You’ll work closely with prospective clients, introduce them to our membership plans, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience while reflecting Art of Shaadi’s values of warmth, trust, and excellence.Key Responsibilities (for all levels)Engage with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email to explain Art of Shaadi’s services.Understand client backgrounds, family expectations, and partner preferences with empathy and detail.Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and engagement.Manage leads and maintain records in our CRM system accurately.Work closely with the matchmaking and operations teams for smooth onboarding and follow-up.Achieve monthly conversion and performance targets.Represent the brand with professionalism and emotional intelligence.Experience Levels and RequirementsLevel 1Junior Relationship Consultant (1–3 years of sales experience)Prior experience in sales, client servicing, or customer success preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Confident, approachable, and eager to learn.Enthusiasm for relationship-building and client interaction.Level 2Mid-Level Relationship Consultant (3–5 years of sales experience)Proven experience in consultative or relationship-based sales.Strong listening and negotiation skills.Ability to manage end-to-end client conversations independently.Comfortable working toward clear performance goals.Level 3Senior Relationship Consultant (5+ years of sales experience) Experience in handling premium clients or high-ticket sales.Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.Deep understanding of client psychology, discretion, and cultural sensitivity.Proven record of exceeding sales and relationship goals.What We’re Looking ForExcellent verbal and written communication (English and Hindi preferred).Emotional intelligence, patience, and a people-first mindset.Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.Comfort with CRM tools and structured reporting.How to ApplyPlease send your resume and a short note about why you’d like to join Art of Shaadi, and mention which level (Junior, Mid, or Senior) you are applying for in the subject line or your email.
