-ABOUT THE COMPANY-

9AV Productions is a performance marketing company where we produce performance reels (UGC ads) for E-com/D2C clients. It acts as a bridge between campaign management and influencer content. We increase our client's ROI by reducing their CAC. We are boosting sales for our clients like Gladful, Perfora, What's up wellness, Rocca chocolates, etc. We are a very lean organization and presently prepping up to scale.

-JOB OVERVIEW-

You will be the pivotal pillar in building 9AV Productions from ground up as you will be a part of the founding team. This opportunity presents scope for a lot of multidimension learning but it requires a responsible 'on the feet' candidate to deliver results effectively.

-YOU WILL LOVE WORKING WITH US-

As a founder, I advocate transparency and I believe in taking care of my team. My purpose and focus will be to help you grow. With us you will get a lot of exposure into D2C / E-com ecosystem.

-ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES-

- You will be collaborating with script writers, cinematographers, content creators and video editors for delivering the video projects.
- You will be the face of 9AV Productions and will be in continuous communication with your set of clients.
- You will ensure that all projects are delivered on-time
- You will be managing client and vendor finances.
- You will act as key production coordinator on the shoot days managing location, props logistics etc.
- You will have to think on your feet and improvise if things looks to go south.
- You will track Facebook ads manager for the performance of our video ads.
- Maintain project management sheet for visibility.
- You will drive the video project in following stages of creation, research to production to results tracking.
- You will add to our video content inspirational library.
- You will have to develop a deeper understanding of client's product and industry.
- You will be part of sales meeting to understand client's expectations from the very beginning and might have to lead sales meeting as well.
- You might have to manage interns for support.
- You will closely monitoring the finances of your project.
- The KPI for this role will be client annual repeat orders.

-ESSENTIALS SKILLS-

- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and multitasking skills (managing multiple clients)
- Proven project management capabilities
- People management & time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Knowledge of video production & advertising.
- Basic knowledge of Facebook ads manager
- Ability to proactively predict challenges
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams.
