**One of the world’s most trusted and respected Pharma / Consumer Products companies, with a prestigious portfolio of market leading and beloved brands, is in immediate need of a Project Coordinator to help the Program Manager manage and deliver critical projects.**

**Project Coordinator Responsibilities**:
Coordinate samples shipment of lab samples to be tested at a Microbiology Lab in India

Liaise between the Micro scientists in US and the Lab personnel in India

Ensure timely delivery of samples; arrange shipping,

Coordinate the communication and reporting of testing results; compile reports

Create powerpoint presentations for reporting of Project status updates

Work closely with US based Project Manager
- Work closely with workstream leads to ensure alignment with overall program objectives and requirements
- Responsible for updating key project documents including roadmaps, aggregating data for executive summaries, key deliverable matrix, meeting minutes and follow up on agreed actions, etc.
- Track and monitor closure of actions, decisions issues and risks
- Owning, driving, and being accountable for assigned processes with regularly updated reports
- Establishing and/or maintaining business performance metrics for the key assigned business areas

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Planview or MS Project experience preferred
- Consistent track record of delivering, complex, cross-regional programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong skills in developing formal presentations for leadership visibility
- Roadmunk or any roadmap tool, IT background or business program experience
- Experience managing projects using a formal methodology

**Requirements**:
**Project Coordinator Requirements**:

- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and work in matrixed environment
- Ability to identify and report trends/emerging issues in a timely manner
- Ability to translate findings into recommended actions
- Some IT background a plus
- Ability to collaborate in team environment and work independently when required
- Project Management/Coordination experience strongly preferred

**Project Coordinator Qualifications**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. A focused degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 4+ years or more of experience coordinating projects required
