Purpose The Business Analyst will work as part of the project delivery team to gather, analyse, review and document business’ requirements. They will identify and examine business needs and determine timely and effective solutions to End to End business problems. They will act as a bridge between the business and the Development team. This role will work as an integral member of the Product team and develop close relationships with relevant areas of the business.


1. Plan, facilitate and participate in requirement gathering sessions with the business through meetings and/ or workshops.

2. Capture the business requirements and functional specifications of the business and prepare a comprehensive and accurate requirement specification document.

3. Work with the Product Owner to complete a requirement walk-through and sign-off with key stakeholders.

4. Facilitate clarification meetings with the business and project delivery teams to ensure all requirements are fully understood and documented.

5. Assess the impact, risks and benefits for various requirements and proposed solutions.

6. Verify with business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle to ensure the solution design accurately portrays and meets the specific business needs and objectives.

7. Clarify technical queries on behalf of the business and validate fixes to defects Responsible for requirement management throughout the lifecycle of the project delivery on both waterfall and agile initiatives.

8. Strong technical background with programming language experience like GraphQL or Java and an understanding of how to work with databases and APIs.

9. Experience automating business processes with results demonstrable in both time and cost.

10. Experience analyzing systems and workflow solutions which are aligned to corporate strategy and goals.

11. Ability to translate complex technical ideas and challenges into simpler concepts and the skills to listen and understand the challenges of non-technical colleagues.

12. Proven experience problem-solving and troubleshooting issues in a timely way.

13. Accountable for managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, can effectively manage conflicting demands while delivering consistent results for the business.

Good Skill : MSD (CRM), Genesys, Knowledge Management Sysytem, Adobe, Content Management System, CcaaS, SaaS.

Education & Experience • 8-10 years of experience as Business Analyst or related functions. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent is mandatory. • Knowledge and experience of working within an IT delivery environment, business analysis methodologies,processes, procedures and techniques is essential. • Certification in Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent is beneficial • Knowledge of SAFe Agile (Certified) project management principles and practices. • Experience in eliciting and managing requirements throughout the project delivery lifecycle and generating documentation. • Effective interpersonal skills including collaborating, team building, and communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders. • Strong analytical and organisational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
