Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level functional support to clients, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Investigate and resolve client issues, working closely with the Customer Success Manager and Product teams to share customer insights and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and communicate progress on outstanding issues, ensuring timely delivery of solutions to meet client expectations.
  • Partner with the Senior Business Analyst to resolve complex issues and provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Generate MI reports using Case Management System, Confluence, and Excel tools to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise in one or more AxiomSL products, staying up-to-date with the latest features and functionality.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of first-line support experience, preferably in IT applications or systems.
  • Experience working with business reporting applications and concepts.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, be a fast learner, and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
  • Previous finance industry experience and understanding of key financial products and their characteristics.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team in a dynamic environment and to deadlines.
Desired Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent field.
  • Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server knowledge, and practical experience.
  • Microsoft Excel experience and multi-tier support process experience.
  • Business analysis experience within the finance sector and understanding of regulatory reporting processes and XBRL.
Key Personal Attributes:
  • Customer service focus and excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Energetic and pro-active attitude, with a keen desire to develop and take responsibilities.
