Duration: 3 to 4 months | Location: Onsite (Office-based)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Intern to join our team for a 3 to 4-month onsite internship. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales strategy within a marketing agency. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Support the team in developing sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align business development strategies.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations under guidance.
- Track and report sales activities, providing insights for business growth.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience or internship in business development or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
