About the Company

Our client's Rental Power Solutions (Rental) team seeks to hire in a skilled Accountant (Financial Analyst) position to support its global business portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated finance professional who wants a fulfilling opportunity supporting a fast-growing Rental business from our client’s Analytics Center of Excellence (ACOE). This IC role will primarily support onshore partners within Rental by providing monthly financial analysis, supporting their growing product portfolio, and developing new tools that deliver insights to business partners.


About the Role

Job Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Profitability Reporting & Analysis:
  • Perform aspects of accounting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis for Rental
  • Provide insights on the monthly financial results, including sales, period cost and profitability variance analysis.
  • Process Transition & Improvement in a virtual environment.
  • Partner with multiple global stakeholders daily
  • Drive continuous improvement via Simplification, Standardization and Automation (SSA)
  • Work on tools such as Axiom, SAP Business Objects (BOBJ), SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and other Financial reporting software and tools.


Qualification: -

Education / Certification : This position requires CA or MBA in Finance with the required years of progressive experience mentioned in the Skillsets below and demonstrating at least 3 years of employment stability in each position held previously.


Required Skills:

Skillsets A in Experience range of 7+years having strong exprn. in Revenue analysis, Forecast models, Profitability analysis) in Salary - 23 lpa (all inclusive).

Skillsets B in Experience range of 10+years having strong exprn. in Forecast, budget, variance analysis, sales variance, price realisation or price variance, variable margin or contribution margin, revenue recognition, intercompany, transitions) in Salary – 32 lpa(all inclusive).

Skillsets C in Experience range of 12+years having strong exprn. in product P&L, product profitability analysis, financial analysis, present value analysis, cost allocation rules in Salary – 42 lpa (all inclusive).

Our client is 100 year-old American construction, mining and other engineering equipment leading manufacturer seeking to hire skilled professionals for their Finance division.

Work Location: Bangalore Office

Work timings: 2pm - 11pm (IST)
