Roles & Responsibilities:

Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).

➢ Incoming Inspection of materials likes Plates, Pipes, Forged Materials, Flanges, Casting and recording Inspection reports for the same.

➢ Review and maintenance of material MILL TC as per ASME Code requirements.

➢ Maintaining of Calibration Records for QC Tools

➢ Arrangement for Instrument calibration from Third Party and In House

➢ Preparation of Quality Control Procedures for Hydrostatic Test, Heat Treatment, Pneumatic Test and Non-Destructive Testing

➢ Inspection of different types of fabrication items like Pressure Vessel, Storage Tanks, Heat exchangers, Filter Housings.

➢ Preparation of Material Identification Reports, Fitup reports, Material Heat Chart, NDE reports, Pneumatic Test Reports and Hydro Test Reports.

PROCESS PIPING:

➢ P&ID Check and Piping stage inspection as per P&ID and Process Flow.

➢ Dead leg verification as per ASME BPE.

➢ Preparation of welding documents like weld log, weld samples, weld print sheet.

➢ Live and Final borescope of weld joint for weld defects and weld color discoloration and preparation of report.

➢ Preparation of piping documents like Piping Material Chart, Valve Material Chart, Boughtout Components certificates, Welding Documents.

WELDING:

➢ Preparation of WPS, PQR and WPQ for GTAW & FCAW & Orbital welding as per ASME IX & EN 15614 requirement.

➢ Selection of welding consumables as per ASME Code requirement.

NDE:

➢ Certified Level II NDT Engineer (UT, PT, RT,VT)
