This position is open for Bangalore/Chennai location.ResponsibilitiesBefore starting manufacturing activities, a deep check of applicable project specifications detecting inconsistencies among different specifications, statements hard to understand or comply with.Verify that the quality control requirements of design codes and project specifications have been included in the Purchase OrderPlan, manage and define the shop inspector visits to Vendor premises to fulfil the contractual Inspection and Test Plan of the Purchase OrderReview quality control records and Vendor Documents related with the activities in the scope of Inspection DepartmentLead the Pre-Inspection Meeting before the starting of the fabrication to the Purchase OrderReview and distribute the inspection reports produced by the on-shop inspectorManage any eventual Non-Conformity Report issued by the on-shop inspectorReview the Final Quality Dossier of the Purchase OrdersLiase with the Project Team to solve any quality control matter that happens during the life cycle of the Purchase OrderLiase with Client´s quality control representative and Vendor´s quality control personnel.Typical commodities to handle: Pumps, Compressors, Blowers and other Rotary equipment’sTechnical Skills & RequirementsBachelor´s degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalentExperience in balancing, performance and mechanical running tests for rotatory equipment10 years’ experience in Inspection activities in an EPC contractor or reputated fabricators in Oil and Gas sectorSound knowledge of API 610, 682, 676, 613, 614, 617, 618, 616, 672, 619QMS Lead auditor for ISO 9001:2015Experience in ARAMCO and/or ADNOC projectsBenefits & PerksExposure to work in International Assignments & clientsFlexible work timeFull time roleAttractive salary and packages
