Telesales Executive (Females Only – In Office)Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain insurance products.Generate leads through calling & follow-ups.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable policies.Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.Meet monthly telesales targets. Skills & Qualifications (Applicable to All)Fluency in Tamil; good communication in English.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to achieve sales targets consistently.Good customer service mindset.Strong motivation, enthusiasm, and resilience.Ability to build long-term client relationships.
