Chemical Process Technician

Job Title: Chemical Process OperatorJob Description:This is a challenging opportunity to work in the chemical industry as a plant operator or production operator. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our processes are run efficiently and safely.Key Responsibilities:Adjust control settings on equipment to regulate chemical reaction speed, quality, and yield.Operate the production section strictly according to standard operating procedures (SOP).Maintain knowledge of material safety data sheets (MSDS) for all raw materials and plant-specific products.Follow and maintain 5S practices in the section and surrounding areas.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Poka-Yoke, Kaizen, and Total Quality Management (TQM).Monitor instruments, flow meters, panel lights, indicators, and alarms to ensure process compliance.Operate chemical processes/machinery via panel boards, control units, or semi-automatic equipment.Record operating data including process parameters, test results, and instrument readings.Communicate with technical and supervisory personnel to report issues affecting safety, efficiency, or product quality.Requirements:To succeed in this role, you should have:2-3 years of experience in a similar position.A strong understanding of chemical processes and safety protocols.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.What We Offer:We offer a competitive salary package and opportunities for growth and development.
