Delivery Excellence Leader

Job OverviewAs a seasoned delivery manager, you will lead and manage a high-performing team of 40–100 professionals.The primary focus will be on software services under fixed-bid models, with some exposure to support, operations, and TnM.Manage 6–8 projects simultaneously, ensuring scalable frameworks for governance and delivery.Maintain strong control over scope, schedule, cost, and quality across all projects via project managers.Track and measure project progress, driving corrective actions where necessary to ensure outcomes remain on track.Identify, assess, and mitigate project and program-level risks effectively.Drive mature client reporting and stakeholder communication through transparency and structured updates.Contribute to the development and enhancement of PMO processes, standards, and frameworks.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong IT services delivery expertise, preferably with a career foundation as a developer.Excellent leadership, management, and project coordination skills.Able to drive business growth through effective team management and process improvements.BenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to take your career to the next level in a dynamic and challenging environment.
