Join us on our mission.The Legal & Compliance Manager will oversee end-to-end legal operations across India and US entities, encompassing contract management, compliance governance, notice handling, external counsel coordination, and cross-border operations. This critical business-enabling role will collaborate directly with leadership across finance, HR, and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesEntity Compliance (India, US & NZ)Manage legal notices, responses, and communications for US, India, and NZ entities.Oversee statutory and regulatory compliance under Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, Labour Laws, GST, and IT Act in India.Coordinate with US registered agents and advisors for Delaware franchise filings, annual reports, and state compliance.Maintain a master compliance calendar across all three entities.Contract ManagementDraft, review, and negotiate SaaS Agreements, MSAs, NDAs, Channel Partner Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Consulting Agreements.Support the Sales and Finance teams with customer contract reviews, renewals, and compliance with ASC 606 / GDPR / data-protection obligations.Maintain a contract repository, track renewals, and ensure timely renewals of customer and vendor contracts.Develop internal contract playbooks and templates for repeatable use.Legal Coordination & AdvisoryCollaborate with external counsel (India / US / NZ) for litigation, IP protection, employment law, and data-privacy matters.Provide legal inputs to internal stakeholders on business decisions, pricing models, and new market entry.Governance & Internal PoliciesDraft, review, and update internal policies - Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery, Data Protection, Vendor Onboarding, and Employment policies.Maintain documentation trails and version control for all legal and policy documents.Build scalable frameworks for risk management and contractual governance.
