Job Title: Manager/ Lead Hardware Design – PCB & Schematic Design We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in electronic circuit design and printed circuit boards (PCBs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing digital circuits and PCBs for various applications.Key Responsibilities:1. Electronic Circuit DesignCreate and review detailed schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard CAD tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, OrCAD, KiCad).Develop circuit designs, select components, and optimize layouts for signal integrity, power distribution, and thermal management.2. Prototyping & TestingCollaborate with the prototyping team to build and test hardware prototypes.Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the design and production phases.3. Design Validation & DocumentationConduct design reviews, verification, and validation of hardware designs to meet specifications and industry standards.Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and assembly drawings.4. Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to integrate hardware and software functionalities seamlessly.Communicate design concepts and technical details effectively with team members and stakeholders.5. Continuous ImprovementStay current with emerging trends and technologies in electronic engineering.Identify and implement improvements to enhance design efficiency, reliability, and performance.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.Fresher professionals are encouraged to apply.Technical Skills:Proficiency in PCB design software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, OrCAD, KiCad).Strong understanding of electronic circuit design, signal integrity, power management, and high-speed design techniques.Experience with simulation and analysis tools is a plus.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Location & Travel:Occasional travel may be required for meetings, vendor visits, or manufacturing support.],
