Automation Tester - Manual ExpertiseWe are seeking an experienced Automation Tester with manual expertise to join our team.About the Role:Develop and execute manual test cases for software applications.Automate test cases using Selenium WebDriver with Java, ensuring efficient and effective testing.Maintain and update automation suites using TestNG/JUnit frameworks.Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing to identify defects and improve overall product quality.Execute API testing using Rest Assured/Postman to validate application interactions.Track and log defects using JIRA, collaborating with developers for timely resolution.Conduct database testing using SQL queries to ensure data integrity.Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint activities and project success.Utilize GitHub for version control and Jenkins for build automation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and enhance product features.Requirements:4-6 years of experience in manual and automation testing.Strong background in Selenium WebDriver with Java programming language.Familiarity with Page Object Model (POM), TestNG, and JUnit frameworks.Hands-on experience in API testing using Rest Assured and Postman tools.Working knowledge of SQL databases and data querying.Proficient in JIRA, GitHub, and Jenkins tools for defect tracking, version control, and build automation.Excellent analytical and debugging skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
