Network Security Test Automation Specialist Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Network Security Test Automation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our network security solutions.The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on automation testing for network security tools and technologies, with experience in Python programming language and CI/CD pipelines.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop robust and scalable automation test frameworks using Python for network security tools and applications.Develop comprehensive automated test scripts covering functional, integration, performance, and security aspects of our products.Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) to enable continuous testing.Execute automated test suites, analyze test results, and identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira).Collaborate closely with development and security engineering teams to understand requirements, design test plans, and provide feedback on product quality and potential security vulnerabilities.Develop and maintain test data and test environments required for automation.Stay up-to-date with the latest automation testing trends, tools, and methodologies, particularly those relevant to network security.Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies within the team.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback on automation scripts.Troubleshoot and debug automation scripts and test environments.Generate test reports and metrics to communicate test progress and quality status to stakeholders.Explore and evaluate new network security tools and integrate them into the automation framework as needed. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.At least 3 years of experience in automation testing for network security tools and technologies.Proficient in Python programming language and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira) and version control systems (e.g., Git).Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
