Job Title: Digital Engagement SpecialistThis role requires a skilled professional to lead customer engagement efforts across various platforms.Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer interactions, improve satisfaction, and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:Leading cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-centric solutionsCollaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop targeted engagement plansMaintaining relationships with customers through regular communication and issue resolutionRequired Skills and Qualifications:SAP Basis and SAP Applications Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP applications is required. Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers is essential.Cloud Solutions Knowledge: Working experience with SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA, or other cloud solutions is necessary. Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills is also required.Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills are vital for working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
