Performance Marketing Manager / Specialist (Real Estate)Company: E-Infra (Elegant Infra)Location: Kokapet, Hyderabad (From Office)A growing real estate developer in Hyderabad with multiple residential and luxury projects, focused on brand-led growth, performance-driven marketing, and long-term value creation.Experience Required:3 – 6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (Real estate experience preferred, but not mandatory if ROI-driven)Role Objective:Own and scale lead generation, funnel performance, and ROI across multiple real estate projects through data-driven paid marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities:Performance Marketing & Paid MediaPlan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)LinkedIn Ads (for HNI / NRI targeting)Drive high-quality leads with optimal CPL, CPR, and ROASAllocate and manage monthly ad budgets across multiple projectsFunnel & Conversion OptimizationDesign and optimize end-to-end funnels:Ad → Landing Page → Lead Form → CRM → Sales follow-upWork closely with designers and content teams to improve:CreativesCopyLanding page conversionsA/B test audiences, creatives, copies, and landing pagesCRM, Tracking & AnalyticsSet up and manage:Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4Conversion tracking & eventsIntegrate campaigns with CRM (lead source tracking, quality analysis)Analyze lead quality with sales team feedback and optimize accordinglyStrategy & ReportingCreate weekly & monthly performance reports with insights, not just numbersForecast lead volumes and budgets for upcoming launchesIdentify winning audiences, creatives, and channels and scale themContinuously improve CPL, lead quality, and conversion ratiosCross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate with:Digital Marketing Manager / Head of MarketingDesign, content, and video teamsSales and CRM teamsEnsure marketing promises align with on-ground sales realitiesRequired Skills & ExpertiseMust-Have 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experienceStrong expertise in Meta Ads & Google AdsProven experience in lead generation campaignsDeep understanding of: Funnels Conversion metrics Budget optimizationStrong analytical and decision-making skillsGood to HaveReal estate or high-ticket sales experienceExperience with:Landing page tools (WordPress, Webflow, Unbounce, etc.)CRM toolsKnowledge of SEO basics and content-driven trafficExperience handling ₹10L+ monthly ad budgetsKey Metrics You’ll OwnCost per Lead (CPL)Lead Quality ScoreConversion Rate (Lead → Site Visit → Booking)ROAS / Cost per BookingFunnel Drop-offsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work directly with Higher ManagementOpportunity to work on high-end, large-scale real estate projects.Creative freedom and exposure to premium branding.A collaborative and growth-driven work environment.Competitive compensation (based on skill & experience).Our commitment to your careerWe give you the necessary tools and resources to take control of your development and unlock your full potential.With continuous learning opportunities, constant mentoring and leadership development efforts, we strive to build high-performing teams that can grow alongside our company.Interested?Apply to this job post or share your resume + portfolio with us via LinkedIn DM or email to hr@e-infra.in In CC marketing@e-infra.in
