Verification Engineering Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Verification Engineering expert to lead our verification efforts. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in the field and a proven track record of successfully leading teams.The selected individual will be responsible for architecting and implementing Design Verification infrastructure, executing the full verification cycle, and developing UVM based verification environments from scratch.A strong understanding of StemVerilog/UVM methodology and/or C/C++ based verification is essential. Additionally, experience with IP/sub-stem and/or SoC level verification based on StemVerilog UVM/OVM methodologies is highly desirable.Key responsibilities include:Leading verification teams to ensure timely delivery of projectsArchitecting and implementing Design Verification infrastructureDeveloping UVM based verification environments from scratchExecuting the full verification cycleCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project executionCandidates should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving common goals.We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
